DCS ReliaCard is a prepaid & reloadable debit card for unemployment insurance payments which will be issued by U.S. Bank. This card offers an alternative for getting your government agency payments. ReliaCard works same as any other debit card and it may be used at any place where debit cards are accepted to make purchases.
Cardholders can use this card for purchases via mail order, online & phone, to withdraw cash at banks, ATMs or credit unions, to pay bills. Use of ReliaCard is very easy and one can use it at restaurants, gas stations, video stores, medical & dental offices, retail stores, grocery stores, hotels & motels, and airlines. The amounts of cash withdrawals or purchases are automatically subtracted from the existing balance on the card. The service for using a ReliaCard is easy, fast & time saving, convenient, safe & secured, and reliable. There are no more check-cashing fees, no minimum balance requirement, on time payments, 24 hours customer service, and free account information.
There are 3 option available on the site, 1) first time signing on?, 2) forget your User ID?, 3) mobile banking. For the access to the site, click on 1st option If you don’t have an account and on 2nd option if you forgotten your User ID. After that, you will be asked to enter your Card Number, 4-digit PIN and Card Verification Number. After finishing it, click on “continue” to log in into your account.
After getting access in your account, you will find features like Card Information, Card Activity, Statement, Change PIN and Logout.
“Card Information” feature will enable you to view and confirm your own contact information, and the expiration date & status of your ReliaCard Visa debit card account. Paper Statement Information is also available there in this feature; you have to just click on “Yes” if you want to receive monthly paper statements.
“Card Activity” is the feature which will allow you to view transactions of your account from the past month, which also includes deposits from Job Service. Transactions which are being processed will be registered in “Pending Transactions” and already processed transactions by U.S. Bank will be registered under “Completed Transactions”
By clicking the “Statement” feature, you can take a look of your account statements’ copies from the last 12 months. You can also select the month of the statement which you want to view. Statements will give review of all account activity of the related month, including deductions and deposits, and also your account balance when the statement was printed. The online statement will be similar to the paper statements that you obtain via the mail.
“Change PIN” is another user friendly feature by which you can change your PIN. For that, you have to just enter your old PIN, new PIN and once again new PIN in the “Confirm New PIN” field, and then click on “Submit.” PINs must be of 4 digits.
“Logout” option is given for security, you must log out always from site at the end of your sessions.
This site also provides 24 hours customer service for the cardholders. They can contact the Job Service to report a card lost or stolen, request other assistance and obtain balance information.
