We do lots of things to achieve our goal like meditation, hard work, planning of time as well as finance but still at some point we prove us weak to achieve that goal. There are
1. You put other people’s happiness before your own. Make yourself happy first and then make other people happy.
2. You worry too much about what other people think of you. Other people are too busy thinking about what you think of them to think about you.
3. You’re in a career you don’t like. Change it. Do you really want to look back from your deathbed and see yourself in a career you didn’t like?
4. You try to do everything yourself. Don’t. Outsource as much as you can and free up time to do things you really like.
5. You wait for something or someone to motivate you. Find a goal that really excites you then lack of motivation shouldn't be a problem.
6. People around you bring you down. On average, we have five people we spend most of our time with. Choose them wisely.
7. You don’t know where you’re going. You have no sense of direction. It’s very hard to wake up feeling great if you don’t have any plans. Set goals.
8. You blame circumstances and other people for where you are in life. Take responsibility. You can’t change unless you do.
9. You live between the regret of the past and hope for the future. There is nothing you can do to change the past so don’t waste energy dwelling on it. And don’t go too far into the future – focus on today.
10. You’re too harsh on yourself. Stop comparing yourself to other people. You don’t realise how amazing you already are and how much impact you can make in the world.
